Once the formulation was finalized, the client decided to move forward with a 180g stand-up pouch with a scooper instead of the initially tested single-serve sachets. This shift was based on evaluating various packaging options that better aligned with the product’s usage and retail positioning. With the format confirmed, Sonic transitioned the product into production, processing the blend, filling the pouches, and preparing the product for shipment within a streamlined 6–8-week timeframe.
