At Sonic, we know that our customers rely on us to deliver their products in a timely and efficient manner. Recently, we have seen our customers setting up small internal teams to manage their third party services. We know that you are working within a specific time frame, trying to meet certain expectations, and relying on your suppliers’ and partners’ ability to execute with seamless accuracy.

Time management is at the forefront at Sonic Packaging. We know that successful project management is the result of the preliminary work and discussions that are initiated at the projects starting point.  At that time, expectations should be clearly defined; roles and responsibilities of each party should be outlined and agreed upon.
Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will clearly explain THE SONIC WAY of project management. The Sonic Way outlines all the critical steps and milestones necessary to insure the success of the project.  We create a custom working timeline for each project that will specify key dates and action items that will be used to keep the program on track.

To overcome communication hurdles, it is helpful to have weekly or biweekly meetings with all team members involved in the project. At the conclusion of the meeting, the time line is updated, new responsibilities are handed out, and meeting notes are distributed.

There is no “I” in Team, but there is in “WIN”. The success of the program is based on the entire team working seamlessly and focused on a common goal.
