Custom Manufactured Med App for Topical Applications

At Sonic Packaging Industries, we design, manufacture and fill a unique delivery system known as the Med App. These unit dose devices are ideal for topical and oral applications and can be used to package a wide variety of free-flowing liquids. Our Med Apps have an ampoule that offers a 0.2 to 0.5 ml fill range and is sealed with a foil lid. To use, simply push the ampoule up into sleeve where an internal fracturing system punctures the foil. Then squeeze the body of the med app to release product from the ampoule.

Our customizable Med Apps can be manufactured with a variety of applicator tips, such as brush, flock, porous plastic, or sponge, depending on client application needs. We also recommend packaging the filled devices into individual foil sachets or blister packs for shipping and easy, individual distribution.
