Custom Manufactured SVA.5 Unit Dose Device for Liquids and Applicator

Sonic Packaging Industries manufactures SVA.5 unit dose devices that are used by a wide variety of industries, including cosmetic, dental, podiatry and pharmaceutical. The SVA.5 has an ampoule that can be filled with creams, gels, liquids, or pastes, ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 ml in size. This ampoule is sealed with a foil lid until time of use.

Our SVA.5 devices are also equipped with a piercing mechanism. When the device is ready to be used, the applicator shaft is pressed down to pierce open the foil lid of the ampoule. Once pierced, remove and invert the applicator shaft, insert into ampoule for single or multiple applications.  Based on customer specifications, these shafts can be manufactured with a swab, flock tip, brush, or spatula, depending on application needs.

For protection, graphics, instructions and marketing purposes, we recommend placing the filled devices into individual foil sachets or blister packs. Our high-quality SVA.5 can be used to both package and apply a broad array of oral, topical, and personal hygiene products.
