Custom Manufactured Stickpack for Liquids & Powders

Sonic Packaging Industries manufactures high-quality stickpacks that can be customized to meet our clients' unique packaging specifications. These devices provide products with a uniquely slender shape, but originally could only be used to store powders. However, Sonic Packaging recently developed the technology to also package liquids in this format, including semi-solids, gels, pastes, and lotions. Due to this new technology, stickpacks can now be used for a wide variety of oral, topical, cosmetic, nutritional, pharmaceutical, industrial, and personal hygiene products.

The dimensions of our stickpacks range from 17x120 millimeters up to 27x120 millimeters, with fill volumes anywhere between 0.5 to 30 ml per stick. Our stickpacks can be printed in up to 10 colors. In addition, we can provide a laser score which makes these packages easier to tear open, as well as a tapered pour spout for simple application or use. With the ability to provide attractive, slender packaging for a wide variety of powder and liquid products within several industries.
