Custom Manufactured MV1 Unit Dose Device with or without Flock Brush

Sonic Packaging Industries manufactures a high-quality, unit-dose device called the MV1 which is equipped with an easy to open, reclosable snap-off cap. To use, one simply snaps off the cap, and then squeezes the body of the unit to release the product. The reusable cap can then be turned upside down and will now act as a cap to the MV1. This allows the device to function as both a single-use or multi-dose unit.

MV1 devices offer controlled flow which allows for contents to be dispensed one drop at a time. In addition, these devices come equipped with an optional flow through applicator and/or brush for more precise application. Our MV1 packaging products can dispense between 0.2 and 1.1 mls of liquid or 0.2 to 1.1 grams of powder.

With the ability to be filled with a wide variety of liquids, creams, gels, pastes, or powder substrates, our custom manufactured, multi-functional MV1 packaging units have successfully served the needs of multiple industries, such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial. We recommend placing our MV1 dose devices in individual foil sachets or blister packs for shipping and individual distribution.
