Sonic Packaging Industries manufactures a wide variety of high barrier materials. These blister packs can be used to package a broad array of items from 0.5 grams to 5.0 grams, including capsules/tablets, liquids, soft gels, solids, and powders. Blister packs (or blister cards) can be used for oral, topical, cosmetic, nutritional, pharmaceutical, industrial, and personal hygiene products. Sonic has the technology to combine both creams and solids on a single card. Sonic can provide both primary and secondary packaging for your blistering needs as well.

Sonic Packaging manufactures both stock blisters as well as plastic blisters. Our blister packs can be customized to meet client specifications. For example, our blister packs can be opened by puncturing, tearing, or squeezing, based on dispensing requirements; with the ability to be used for both solid and liquid products.
